A serial entrepreneur who had a first career in the legal profession (14 years – 9 years with Stephens Scown LLP) before cutting the comfort ties to freelance as a business adviser in 2001.
In 2002 he took a directorship with an Independent Financial services Company and managed its growth from £200k to over £2 million in less than 4 years being listed in Who’s Who for the management of the top 1% of the UK growth companies. Over the last 16 years Neil has been involved in projects ranging from rapid turnaround, NED positions and technology startups, innovating IP protection with the workflow process over a decade ago and more recently with a CNC Design company taking them from a domestic garage to industrial premises, winning Silver in Innovation of the Year 2014 Cornwall Business Awards.
Passionate about entrepreneurship and enterprise Neil has helped The Working Knowledge group, Young enterprise, Enterprise Adviser, Inspiring Futures and Global Entrepreneurship Week at Falmouth Univeristy
